How do you get Rocket sleigh in 2017? because i have seen people with them when they made there new account. Please help me get it because i really want it Thanks Bye

The Rocket Sleigh is only available for purchase during a Holiday (winter) Event. Just like the Summer Classic, you purchase it in the dealership for $10,000 and then use it to earn achievements and 50% more exp. points and cash.
